1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
6. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments Nobleshop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or any other factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Nobleshop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
